As a one-woman operation, I work diligently to provide high-quality, unique items that are made specifically for you. With that said, I want to be transparent about my return and refund policies so there are no surprises, and you can make an informed decision before placing an order.

Our Policy: All Sales Are Final 🌱

I know this might not be the policy you’re used to, but I ask for your understanding as I explain why this is necessary. **Due to the nature of my business,** all sales are final, meaning I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances—including for items that are damaged in transit or if you don’t receive your order.

Here’s why:

- Made-to-Order & Print on Demand: Each item is custom-made just for you! All our clothing and products are made on demand (meaning we print and create them specifically for each individual order). This means that once your order is placed, it’s immediately put into production, and changes cannot be made to it after the fact. 🧘‍♀️✨

- Small Business Love: Yoga Vibra is a small, one-woman business, and while I pour my heart and soul into every piece, I simply do not have the resources to accommodate returns or process refunds. I wish I could offer this, but at this time, it's just not feasible for the sustainability of the business.

Why No Returns or Refunds? 💖

I know this might seem a bit strict, but here’s the reasoning from a heart-centered perspective:

- Customization: Every order is custom-designed or printed for you, and once the order is in the production process, it’s no longer possible to alter or resell it. This makes it impossible for me to accept returns or exchanges.

- One-Woman Show: I handle everything—from designing and sourcing to fulfilling your orders all on my own. I’m doing my best to provide the best customer experience, but unfortunately, I don’t have the capacity to manage returns or refunds at this time. 💪

- Damaged or Lost Items: While I strive for the highest quality, things happen during shipping that I can’t control (like delivery delays or mishaps in transit). Unfortunately, I can’t take responsibility for damage that occurs during shipping or if an item gets lost. That said, I always suggest reaching out to your local postal service to help track missing items. 📦

What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective? 😔

I completely understand how frustrating it can be to receive an item that’s damaged or defective, and I want to assure you that I do my very best to ensure every order is perfect. If your item arrives with a defect or damage (that occurred before shipping or during production), please do contact me right away with photos and details about the issue. While I cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange, I will do my best to work with you and see if there is anything I can do to remedy the situation. 💕 I can’t promise a resolution for every case, but I will do what I can to make it right within the scope of my small-business resources.
